Tatsoi is a dark green Asian salad green from the Brassica family, that has a spoon like shape, a pleasant and sweet aroma and a mild mustard flavour, similar to bok choi.It is generally eaten raw, but may be added to soups at the end of the cooking period. When tatsoi is mixed with other greens it enhances the flavour and nutritional value. It is an ingredient in many of our mixes.
